We offer several options for you to work with us. Each is geared to a particular audience and outcome.
Our workshops combine proven techniques from industry leaders in their field to deliver the specific outcomes you need. In each case, B2B Navigator is delivered through online workshops using video and digital whiteboards (Miro), supported by an initial assessment, customizable workflow, and playbook.
The number of workshops in each series varies, but it is typically 1-2 a week for 3-4 weeks. Each workshop is 90 minutes long. You should allow for approximately double the amount of time outside the workshop for preparatory and follow up work. Attendees should be prepared to work together during this time.
We use Teams or Zoom meetings and an interactive whiteboard. We can run face to face workshops if required. We find that appointing a designated individual to act as the internal coach behind the scenes between workshops is extremely helpful.
Typically between 10 and 30 days. At busy times up to 90 days.
In addition we offer individual and team coaching for the same audiences as the workshop led options, applying the principles of B2B Navigator to an agreed set of goals. This option is typically offered in hours per week, scheduled as a regular set of online meetings/calls.
Coaching is most suited to transformative efforts or to support senior revenue team members. We are happy to support you in overcoming challenges and realising opportunities we have seen before, as well as brand new ones.
